Anna's Home Birth After Caesarean Story
This is the trailer for Anna’s full birth film, the story of Saylor’s arrival. After an emergency caesarean with her first baby, Anna was determined to have a vaginal birth at home this time. I was lucky enough to follow her whole journey, from pregnancy through to postpartum, and I got to know her so well along the way. She is the most fiercely independent and strong woman I’ve ever met. As the day of Saylor’s arrival unfolded, it was incredible to watch her lean on her support team and surrender to the vulnerability of birth.
The Birth of Callie
Callie’s film was the first I ever made, and it will always be close to my heart. Leah planned a home birth, but after four long days of labour, things weren’t progressing and she transferred to hospital, where Callie was born by caesarean. It’s a story of patience, determination and a mum who kept going far longer than anyone should have to.
One Year of Callie

The story doesn’t end when your baby arrives. A year after Callie’s birth, I returned to film her first birthday, and it was just as special as the day she was born. Mum and Dad look back on the pregnancy, those early days and the little girl she’s become, and we get to see her crawling, giggling and exploring her world. It’s a gentle, honest look at how quickly the first year goes, and how precious it is to have it kept.
